We prefer to rent in the main seasons (15/6 – 15/9 and 15/12 – 15/3) for 5 or more nights, otherwise for 2 or more nights. Easter and New Year’s Eve stays – special conditions (below).

Cancellation fees:

cancellation 30 days before arrival and longer is free of charge
under 30 days before arrival 100%

Payments:

Accommodation – deposit (30-50% depending on the time until arrival) by bank transfer after pre-blocking the date (usually for 3-4 days), the reservation is confirmed after receiving the payment of the relevant amount, then the additional payment no later than 30 days before arrival (account number see contacts)
Refundable deposit (see price list) – in cash upon arrival
Village fees – in cash upon arrival (CZK 20/ adult/ night)

Notice / notes:

Arrival 5 – 7 p.m. / Departure 10 a.m. – changes possible by mutual agreement
Low-season “spring” : 2.4. – 30.5. – 10% DISCOUNT on summer prices
Low-season „autumn“: 1.10. – 30.11. – 10% DISCOUNT on winter prices
During the spring holidays 3.2. – 17.3. 2024 minimum stay 3 nights

Christmas and New Year’s Eve stay – 40% surcharge – minimum stay 5 nights
